Simple Instructions to
Set a Homepage in Brave
(As of 2025)

It’s easy to follow and should stay valid for a while:

  • Open Brave
  • Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines or dots) in the top-right corner.
  • Choose Settings from the dropdown.
  • In the left sidebar, click “Start-up” (or search “start-up” in the settings search bar).
  • Under “On start-up”, select:
  • “Open a specific page or set of pages”
  • Click “Add a new page”
  • Enter your URL:
  • https://digitalfreedom.cloud/launchpad/
  • Click Add
  • Done! Now every new Brave window will open to your chosen page.

and/or set as your Home button

To also make it your Home button link:

  • Go to Settings > Appearance
  • Turn on “Show Home Button”
  • Then set the homepage URL under it
