There is no technical prerequisite.
(If you were able to navigate here, then you already meet the minimum requirement.)

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

100% FREE – the course uses a PWYW Pricing Model model, but you will not be asked to pay anything

PRIVATE – you will never be asked to provide any information – you can join anonymously

SAFE – you do not need to install any software or make any changes to your device

LEGAL – you will not be expected to do anything that contravenes any laws.

The training is video-driven.

The first 5 parts comprise 6 videos of passive viewing. Part 6 is where you take your first step if you choose to do so (and accept full responsibility for your digital life).

Part 6 – Digital Homework (21:13)

* Excluding any time you spend on digital homework

NOTE: At this time only Step 1 is available,
but you will have the opportunity to continue through all 10 Steps as each new part is released.

WHAT WE REQUEST FROM YOU

At the end of each part, you will be invited to provide feedback on the training (this can be anonymous if you wish).

This is intended to be self-paced, but we request you try to get your feedback to us by the 26th of September 2023. If you can’t complete it by that date, no problem, just do the best you can.
