IDENTITY SEPARATION USING YOUR REAL IDENTITY

Identity separation involves managing the personal information used by your CARS, and it can take two primary forms. The first involves using your real identity, including duplicate accounts that may use variations of your name. These accounts are ultimately linked to your real identity but still provide a useful level of separation for many CARS. This approach works well when complete anonymity is not required but compartmentalisation is still important.

IDENTITY SEPARATION USING ALTERNATIVE IDENTITIES

The second form avoids using your real identity altogether, which can be high risk and requires a thorough CARS Risk Analysis to determine what is required. Your identity could be a pseudonyms or a full online alter-egos which may involve creating accounts in fake names.
