Using the “Driver Risk Assessment,” you’ll examine the different parts of your life and assign risk levels so you can focus on the areas that need the most attention. Securing your digital life is the next crucial step in preparing your CARS for a successful escape. Now that you’ve identified your digital assets, it’s time to lock down your Digital Garage and safeguard everything inside. You’ll learn how to secure your CARS with cybersecurity best practices, robust encryption, and reliable backup strategies, ensuring your fleet is fully equipped for a safe journey to digital freedom
Step 5 – Reduce Your Digital Footprint
Driver Awareness Education
Your CARS are designed for privacy, but the DRIVER often leaves a trail by sharing too much about their route and activities. By minimising the digital trail you leave behind, you’ll make yourself harder to track and reduce the risk of your CARS being linked together. Think of it like learning to drive a car, at first it takes effort and focus, but over time, privacy-aware habits become second nature. You’ll learn how to remove unnecessary personal information, adopt mindful practices, and make protecting your digital life an effortless, automatic part of your daily routine.
Step 6 – Walk Out from Under the Digital Surveillance Umbrella

Equip your CARS with stealth capabilities to avoid detection and stay under the digital surveillance radar. Perform a Digital Risk & Threat Analysis aligned with your Driver Risk Assessment profile to determine potential threats and vulnerabilities. Learn to find and evaluate alternatives to Big Tech products and services built on Digital Freedom Technologies, such as FOSS and Decentralised Systems. Safely migrate your personal data and fully TEST DRIVE each new CAR before adding it to your fleet.
Step 9 – Using CARS to Escape
Build Your Digital Freedom Garage
