1. Our Privacy Philosophy

Walk Away from Big Tech is built to help you regain control of your digital life — starting with your privacy. We don’t just talk about privacy; we practice it. The platform is designed to operate without requiring personal information, accounts, or identifiers.

You can participate in the full training experience completely anonymously.

2. No Logins, No Email Collection

You are not required to:

  • Create an account
  • Provide your email address
  • Register for access to any part of the training

We offer every aspect of the training course, tools, and materials without user identification or login requirements.

3. Feedback and Surveys

You may be invited to provide feedback or complete short surveys throughout the course. These are:

  • 100% optional
  • Available anonymously
  • Processed through private forms (e.g., Gravity Forms)

Submitted responses are reviewed and then deleted. We do not store survey data long-term, associate it with your IP address, or analyze it for marketing purposes.

If you choose to identify yourself to us voluntarily (e.g., name or email in a message), we will treat that information with the same privacy-first principles: minimal retention, no third-party sharing, and no marketing use.

4. Interactive Tools and Educational Activities

Our platform includes educational tools such as:

  • Self-assessments
  • Knowledge quizzes
  • Interactive demonstrations

These tools are designed for client-side execution where possible, and no personal data is collected or stored when you use them. We do not analyze your answers or track your performance.

5. Embedded Media and External Resources

We may embed or link to external videos, articles, and tools to enrich the educational experience. These external sites may have their own data practices. Interacting with third-party content is the same as visiting those sites directly — please review their privacy policies separately.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use third-party analytics, social media pixels, or ad-based tracking systems.

Cookies may be used only for:

  • Session-based navigation or progress saving (optional)
  • Preventing abuse of form submissions

These are short-lived, do not contain personally identifiable information, and are not shared with anyone.

7. Your Rights and Contact

Because we store minimal or no personal data, most data rights requests (e.g., deletion, correction) are unnecessary. However, if you’ve voluntarily submitted personal information (such as in a survey or message), you can request that we delete it at any time.

You may contact us via our support form or encrypted messaging to make any such request.

8. International Standards and GDPR

We aim to align with international privacy frameworks, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you reside in a jurisdiction with formal privacy protections, you have the right to request access to or deletion of any personal information we may have received.

Given our privacy-first design, we typically store no identifiable information at all.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our service. The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
